With four of six rounds of matches completed in this year’s Windmill Whack Women’s Edition, the race to make it to Finals Day looks set to go to the wire.

Of the four franchises it is Howden Heat who currently sit top of the table with three wins from four so far. However, the Heat still have to play third placed Mullis & Peake Magic (this Friday) and second placed Root 66’ers, so they could still miss out on Finals Day if things don’t go to plan. Burley Bandits are currently bottom of the table, but their remaining two games are also against the 66’ers (this Friday) and the Magic, and so if they were to win both of those contests there is still apossibility they could make it into the top two.

Both of this Friday’s games will get underway at 7.00pm with the Pavilion open throughout the evening.
