Scott is a Level 3 coach with links to Essex CCC in his role as an ECB Coach Educator and Assessor. He is well known to the club through delivering our Coach Support Worker courses in 2016 and 2017. Scott started his coaching career through Upminster and the Chance to Shine program in the early 2000’s, and the club are delighted to have him back in the fold.

Scott will be leading the session planning for our junior Winter Coaching programs which start at Coopers’ school in October. He will also be the lead coach delivering an ECB Level 2 Coaching Course in conjunction with the Essex County Cricket Board in November to help the club boost their volunteer ECB Level 2 Coaching resources.

Moving forward, Scott’s role will see him coordinate the weekly coaching rota during the summer season, and to set sessions plans and goals across all age groups.
