The draws have been made for the four Metropolitan Essex Board competitions that Upminster will be entering in 2020.

In the Don Coates Trophy, Upminster's Under 9s will be up against familiar faces in local rivals Hornchurch as well as several new faces including Newham and Barking.

The U11s also face local opposition in the Haydn Davies Trophy as they are drawn in the same group as Gidea Park & Romford, while in the Len Stentiford Trophy the U13s are drawn in a tough group which includes Wanstead and South Woodford.

And in the Cox and Kings Trophy the U15s will face local derbies against Goresbrook against Hornchurch as well as games against Wanstead and Frenford. Games in all four competitions will begin in early May and continue throughout the summer.
