A poor batting display from the Upminster Hunters saw them slip to defeat against Broomhill Wanderers at Shenfield on Sunday evening.
Upminster batted first and saw their batting line up struggle falling to 16/3. Nicky Ison and Scott Fisher both reached double figures in trying to arrest the damage but were bowled out for 45 in the final over.
In reply Ison claimed a early wicket with a stumping by Fisher before Phil Everitt hit 21 not out as Wanderers raced to the total in 7.4 overs. (Scorecard)
The Hunters are without a game this weekend, but the Tandoori Boys are in action as they take on Boreham at Shenfield.
