The BLS course covers basic advice and techniques for dealing with Choking, Head Injury, Asthma, Severe Bleeding, as well as covering CPR techniques and use of an Automated External Defibrillator. The course covers techniques for both adults and children.

Most attendees were doing this course as part of their Level 2 coaching qualification, however it is a very worthwhile course for anyone to attend on a standalone basis. The club will look to run another course in the Spring, so please do keep an eye out for information in the New Year.
