Both competitions will conclude on Sunday 17th March

Both of Upminster's Indoor sides progressed to the Finals Days of their respective cup competitions with wins last Sunday.

The Hunters faced Hutton at Shenfield School and made an excellent start through Adam Quested and Louis Pickering. Despite losing their way a little in the middle overs Pickering's return to the crease, having earlier reached the retirement mark, helped them to finish their innings on 101-5. Pickering was unbeaten on 36. In reply Pickering and Will Bottoms took out most of the Hutton top order, and although Cameron Tredgett remained to make 30 not out, Hutton finished on 86-4. The Tandoori Boys repeated their thrilling one wicket win over Galleywood, in their last league game, in their cup contest which also took place at Shenfield School. Paul Sturton played a lone hand for Galleywood to make 51 and help his side to a competitive score of 100. Ryan Brown and Karim Govani were the pick of the Upminster attack. Ian Munn got the Upminster reply off to a good start but it was Nathan Brown and Govani who upped the ante in the middle overs to push Upminster towards victory. They both fell though to leave Ryan Brown needing 4 runs from the final 4 balls and he held his nerve to take Billy Wright's side through to Finals Day on 17th March. (Scorecard)

Times for matches on Finals Day are yet to be confirmed.
