Upminsters T20 side enjoyed a winning start to their group matches against Hadleigh & Thundersley. After winning the toss Upminster started well with all the batsman contributing. Opener Louis Pickering hit 40 from 36 balls whilst skipper Alan Ison hit 30* from just 13 balls in a total of 168/6
In reply disciplined bowling and constant wicket taking stalled the Hadleigh chase with John Curits (2/4), James Aggio-Brewe (2/9) and Matt Tigg (2/23) and taking braces as Upminster saw out a comfortable 55 run win despite Adam Soilleux 29 not out. (Scorecard)

The Kullar brothers stole the show at Upminster Park in the Sunday 2nd XI friendly against Willesden Green. Kiran took 3 stumpings and a catch, although Willesden still posted 220 from their 40 overs thanks to some powerful hitting. In reply Arun Kullar marshalled the run chase hitting a career best 120*. He received support in a 50 run partnership with Ian Twine and then in a 96 run partnership with Will Frost to win the game with an over to spare (Scorecard)

The Under 12s were defeated in their Peter Coe cup match against Loughton. Batting first Upminster reached 135 from their 25 overs thanks to Ellis Pickering (50) and Jay Mayor (22). Loughton reached the target in the final over for the loss of 4 wickets (Scorecard)

The under 13A beat Hornchurch Athletic by 8 wickets chasing the 67 they needed in just 8 overs. Whilst the under 10s defeated Gidea Park & Romford.
