Hunters bounce back with 4th victory

By Kevin Roome

Quested, Pickering and 4 run outs lead side to crucial win

The Upminster Hunters defeated Hutton Hawks in their latest indoor fixture.

Batting first the Hunters were indebted to a masterful knock of 41 not out from Adam Quested which helped carry the side to 93/5 off their 12 overs.

In reply the Hawks struggled losing 2 wickets in the first over to Louis Pickering, and as the required run rate increased the Hawks started to task risky runs, but the Upminster fielding was excellent with the final 4 wickets all falling to run outs including 2 to skipper Nicky Ison as they were dismissed for 70 from 10.2 overs.
