The Maiden Overs, the Springfield Swingers, the Youngsters, the Upminster Ladies and the Windmill Whackers competed in over 90 minutes of action in the morning sun.

The Youngsters, led by Zoe Quested, came out on top at the end of the competition and Chairman Oliver Peck presented all of the teams with their bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the occasion.

Thank you to Elaine Brown, Oliver White, Alex Bottoms, Callum Berry and Ryan Brown for their help in organising the competition on the day, all of the team captains for their enthusiasm and Natalie Samaranayake, Kelly Castle and Dan Feist from Essex Cricket in the Community for their help in organising the event.
