in the pavilion on Sunday 3rd December 2017 at 5.00p.m

All Members are urged to attend as there are important matters to be discussed including:-

1. The Approval of last year’s accounts and the proposed budget for 2018
2. The Election of playing and non-playing Officers for 2018
